The place was clean and spacious. A very good place to chill while on vacation. Also, it is not too far from Yosemite. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals. The host was proactive and responsive. Lastly, there are cool boulders in the backyard. It gives the place a cool vibe.

Our stay in Vinod’s property was wonderful! The house is very spacious, kitchen is well stocked and large, and the surroundings are beautiful. The deck and barbecue are very nice added touches. It was perfect to spend our days in Yosemite and get back at night for some nice rest and relaxation. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here the next time we’re visiting Yosemite NP!

The house is located on a beautiful property. The views were amazing and brings you so much tranquility. The house is very comfortable, spacious for our large group and had all the comforts of home. We only stayed one night at The Granite Retreat but were really impressed. The house is spacious with large bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook a quick dinner. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful views, and the BBQ setup was a nice bonus. One unexpected highlight was the fast Starlink internet—I had to take an urgent business meeting and had zero issues with video quality from anywhere in the house. Vinod was an excellent host—very responsive and thoughtful. This is a great spot whether you're heading to Yosemite or just looking for a quiet, comfortable place to unwind. We wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway Near Yosemite with Space, Comfort, and Stunning Night Skies We had an amazing stay at The Granite Retreat! The house is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a group or family looking to relax and enjoy nature. We cooked most of our meals at home and really appreciated the high-quality appliances The backyard was peaceful and private—great for morning coffee, late-night chats, or just sitting quietly and enjoying the scenery. At night, the sky absolutely lit up with stars. We even spotted the Milky Way—something you never see in the city. All in all, this was the perfect home base for a mix of adventure and relaxation.
